Happy Monday guys! Hope you all had a great Easter weekend. The kids are always sooooo excited to wake up to hunt for eggs. They actually broke out the plastic eggs from last year weeks before Easter and Beckam is still refilling the same egg with random stuff he finds on the ground (aka cereal, wrappers, dirt). It’s pretty funny!

I feel like post-Easter is when it really starts to feel like spring – the time when you can break out the open-toed sandals, heels, and dresses. I just got these suede lace up heels and obsessed doesn’t begin to explain how much I love them. I’m a broken record but you can never have too many neutral shoes, it will always be your most-worn shoe!! The platform and thicker heel actually make them really comfortable to walk in too. I was in the these shoes all day and my feet didn’t hurt and that doesn’t happen very often 🙂 I also just got these. Blue and navy hues are my favorite in spring and summer so I knew these would match perfectly.

M.Gemi also just launched men’s shoes and I love these oxfords on Cody (ones worn in today’s post). The color is gorgeous in real life – comes in sand and navy too! They look so nice with slacks or even dressed down with jeans. He’s worn them like three day in a row last week. I think I get just as excited for Cody getting new shoes as I do for myself, a true shoe lover at heart 🙂

    I have always consider sandals too small for my feet if my toes hang off the edge a little bit. Looking at your closeup photo, you wear them anyway. Am I wrong for not buying sandals when my toes stick out like this?

    1. Hi Masa,

      Sometimes that happens to me with heeled sandals when my feet slide forward. I try to have them stop before the end when I’m standing still, if that makes sense – sometimes with walking they do still and that doesn’t bug me but if my toes hang off when I’m not moving I won’t get them if that makes any sense 🙂 Hope that helps 🙂
