3 Ways to Wear This Season’s It Shoe Trend

I’m always incorporating athleisure pieces into my looks – once you go sport chic you can never go back! Haha but seriously once you get used to being comfortable with out sacrificing style, you’ll always be reaching for your coziest sweater or more comfortable pair of shoes. It’s a must for any wardrobe and pulling it off is all about striking the right balance of classic and comfort. With that being said, I wanted to share 3 easy ways to incorporate the sport chic shoe trend into your looks this spring with Marc Fisher LTD!

LOOK 1:Β BLACK PLATFORM SANDAL | BLACK BOMBER | WHITE LINEN TOP | GREY DISTRESSED DENIM |Β GREEN PRINT BAGΒ | SUNGLASSES

Bombers and boyfriend jeans – they are easy add-ons to any basic outfit for a sporty look. To keep it from reading too basic, swap the obvious sneaker for a sporty platform sandal. This pair is so comfortable and I love the white contrast platform. It’s always a huge accomplishment when I can find shoes that have a little height to them but that are still comfortable to wear – this one works just as great with a casual outfit or with a spring day dress.

LOOK 2: WHITE CORK SANDALS | WHITE COLD SHOULDER DRESSΒ (UNDER $100) | WHITE CROSSBODY | SUNGLASSES | GOLD HEADBAND | NUDE WATCH

I love when I can find a cute sporty sandalΒ to pair with dresses. It’s the perfect middle ground between a classic pump and a sneaker. This pairΒ from Marc Fisher Β LTD, has a ton of cushion and they are really easy to slip on and off Β (which is always a plus with kiddos). When I’m in a hurry, I never have time to lace-up my gladiator sandals so I love this alternative for a crisp, fresh spring look.

Look 3: NUDE PERFORATED ESPADRILLE SNEAKER | CAMEL TRENCH | WHITE BODYSUIT | BOYFRIEND DENIMΒ (UNDER $100) | SUNGLASSES | NUDE TOTE

When in doubt, let your shoes do the talking. Keep the rest of your outfit simple with a classic trench and a pair of high-waisted boyfriend jeans for a casual edge. A minimalist look gives you a chance to make the shoes the focus of your outfit. Β I’m obsessed with this pretty perforated pairΒ –Β it’s really soft leather and so comfortable! When you’re working with neutrals, always pick a pair that has some interest. This nude tone is so big right now and they are a perfect mix of sneaker meets espadrille for spring.

  1. The espadrille sandals look pretty cool with punk style knee-ripped charcoal skinnies and black oversized bomber. I also felt in love with white ones teamed with sweet-looking white peasant dress.

  2. I love this style and the way everything appears on the streets. My style is somewhere in between. It’s so gracious of you to share with us such look. Thank you!

  3. You are so real and beautiful! I remember Tom Ford, who once said:”Real fashion change comes from real changes in real life. Everything else is just decoration.” Love your style so much!
