TGIF! The little baby bump is slowly growing. I have been hiding it under loose layers for comfort but it’s getting to the point even the loose layers are showing it a bit. I think maternity style is officially here now 🙂

Black and white, it’s the classic combo I can’t get enough of. I love taking basic outfits and pairing them with bold statement jewelry to accent the simplicity. I would be lying if I didn’t tell you my pants were unzipped for these pictures though. No not by accident, I just can’t find maternity pants I like. Does anyone have suggestions?? I have resorted to the rubber band trick and layering long t-shirts to hide my McGiver attempt at keeping my pants buttoned, but I’m in some desperate need of some new pants!

Hey hey! Hope you all had a great weekend! Today’s look is really what has become my everyday look: leggings, an oversized sweater, boots, and a scarf. I love the print of this plaid scarf,  it’s a simple splash of pattern to a basic outfit.

I know I mentioned it last year, but these are actually kid’s hunter boots. I have small calves so sometime’s the regular hunter’s look bulky on my legs while the girls ones fit a little slimmer. Also they are about about half the price so you can save a little money. I wear a 7.5/8 in women’s shoes, so I get a 5 in the girl’s hunter boots. They have a lot of color options that aren’t available in women’s, like these,  so it gives you extra options if your looking for a specific color.

Last but not least, I have been working on a new design for my blog. I’m so excited to share it with you! It’s been a work in progress but I am in the midst of moving off Blogger onto WordPress. So all of you that follow on blogger won’t see my blog anymore. It’s Friday wahoo! Today’s look is all about comfort. Being pregnant has made me appreciate comfort clothes a lot more. The second I get home from work I’m in leggings or sweats, then it’s time to take little man out for his nightly walk. It’s the peaceful time in my day when I can shut everything off and enjoy some time with my puppy.
