Usually I have TONS of outfits to share with you guys, and super honest there were only a few women’s fashions pieces I was obsessed with. So going to simplify it for you guys are share the few favorites I found that are BEAUTIFUL! The shoes were amazing this year I was really impressed with the shoe selection. I stocked up on cute fall boots and sneakers. So if you could only buy 3 things from the sale it would be these:

THIS SHACKET!! Probably one of my top top favorite pieces. It’s under $100,  love the soft grey and camel tones together – it makes for the prettiest plaid coat that you will want to start wearing ASAP, no matter how hot it is outside haha. This one will go quick, so snag your size quick if you can! Amazing price under $100!

If I’m sticking to top 3, you’ll have to decide between these 2 boots! Both a the prettiest neutral boots and great price points – you can’t go wrong with either. I bought both 🙈 the right lace up ones I got in ivory, since I got the suede Chelsea boots on left. Both colors are BEAUTIFUL and the perfect fall shoe! Obsessed!

Also love these lace-up boots! These come in 4 different colors – I got them in the off-white but also love this tan color. This silhouette is a great way to add some edge to your outfit with a combat boot inspired feel, but the neutral softens it to make it easier to transition for different looks.

I actually got these shorts 2 years ago and they are still one of my ALL TIME fave and most comfy biker shorts.  I was so excited that it was part of the sale this year! Even though they aren’t new to me this year, they 100% earned a spot in my top 3 buys. Worth every time even at full price!

Another reason to look forward to fall fashion: versatile outerwear. If you’re going to keep one coat in your car to be able to throw on over any look, make it this one. As a neutral it works with anything, but it’s also a chic layer over sportswear and just as good with your 9-to-5 office look. I also love boot season!! The possibilities are endless. This is the perfect chelsea boot that you can pair with jeans or with some sheer tights and biker shorts for a more fashion forward look.

A guy’s favorite dress up shirt: anything short sleeved. I love the casual but still put together feel on guys and there are tons of short sleeve button up options included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Vince is one of my favorite designers for closet staples and there are so many great Vince pieces included in the sale! This top is the prettiest color and the satin makes it the perfect piece to transition from the office to date night or just into your standard outfit rotation. Also love this top that comes in both black and white.

These trousers are another great find from the sale. To take it from 9-to-5 to night, just add a lacy camisole and a stacked stiletto and you’re date night ready.

Color me shocked that this leopard sweatshirt and jogger combo are still in stock! Also love the 70s vibes that are still going strong – this corduroy jacket is the perfect piece to bring in some texture to your wardrobe this fall!

THIS JACKET! 😍😍😍 I don’t even have words. It’s such a game changer. I love the satin texture with the neutral stripes and the drawstring waist and pretty much everything about it haha. For a really understated elegant look, I wore it over all black with this pretty white heel. To make it work during the summer, you can wear it untied over a white camisole and denim cut-offs with sandals. Seriously, still dying over this piece. It’s a statement piece, but one that you can style with other neutrals or a monochromatic look to tone it down.

Trench coats might be one of the most classic outerwear options, but the opportunities are endless when it comes to styling them. It’s a really unexpected pairing with this hoodie as a sweatshirt dress and I love the mix of classic and casual! I think one of my new go-to outfits this season will be sweatshirt dresses (I’ll find any excuses to wear a hoodie!) and over-the-knee boots (I think this is my new favorite pair).

I love the varsity-inspired stripe on these booties! Makes them easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion.

It sold out in minutes when I posed it last year so buy it before it sells out again!! Feminine camis are a closet staple and this one is a major steal! You can wear them layered with a pretty bralette or under a comfy cardigan (love this one!) or blazer to make it office-appropriate. Also obsessed with the distressing on these jeans (under $70) and with these sneakers! I think they are my new favorite.

Happy Friday!! Today the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale finally opens to the public!  Almost everything in this look is on sale for under $100! This is the same cardigan you saw me in yesterday. It’s so soft and comfy, I’m obsessed! Also love these lace camis – they are such a good layer!  I’ve worn both of them multiple times already.  They are so pretty layered with a strappy or lacy bralette and on sale for under $20! The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is a huge collection of new arrivals that are all seriously discounted. It’s by far the best time of year to shop, whether it’s on staples or statement pieces. You guys know I have an obsession with over the knee boots, these black boots have the slightest block heel it’s almost flat but they are super cute and under $100 which is unheard of for a cute over the knee boot. You will wear these all season.
