Cody and I made it to Coachella! It’s the first vacation we have had just us in 2 years! I’m excited for a weekend getaway with my babe but it feels so weird being away from the kids! Hello Smonday! I read somewhere about the Smondays, where Sunday stops feeling like the weekend and the pressure of Monday starts to kick in. It’s like losing few precious hours of the weekend, haha. I usually love Mondays, but with my best friend visiting this weekend, good food, lots of laughs, and the Justin Bieber concert, I’m trying not to think about Monday and just enjoy the rest of the weekend. (Hope you guys do too!)

I wanted to share some of my favorite recent finds I’ve come across recently. You might have seen these sneakers on my IG a couple weeks ago – I’m all about traveling in comfort but sneakers are a good choice just about any day of the week, especially when it comes to street style. These are so comfortable and I love the bright blue detail.

I’ve also been drawn to bombers lately. I just got this one in burgundy and it’s the perfect shade of burgundy. This camel quilted one is a dream – also love this one for a budget-friendly option.

We have had a few rainy days here in Utah and it feels so nice to bring back the light layers. I was so excited to find this Kate Spade bag on sale last week at Nordstrom Rack. It’s no secret I’m a sucker for anything bright, but the little stripe of navy around the base gives it that classic look against the flashy green. I recently found a new line at Nordstrom, Chelsea28, and it has become one of my favorites. I have been looking for a versatile lace piece for Spring and this top was the perfect find. This lace coat is another item I got for Spring I’m excited to wear. I just love all their classic neutral tone pieces.

Happy Monday everyone! Thank you for all the birthday wishes! We had such a great weekend celebrating. It’s crazy the older you get the faster time goes. I can’t believe its February all ready.

Who else watched the Superbowl this weekend? I was raised about an hour and half outside of Seattle so I grew up going to Seahawk games with my Dad. It was pretty exciting watching them get their first Super Bowl win, but my favorite part is always the commercials. Budweiser’s commercial with the puppy and horse was hands down the best.
