					<description><![CDATA[I did the same thing! I have been doing it for one month. Then I took a break from it. But the first week was so hard. I was craving sugar so much. One of the ways I curbed my sugar intake was yogurt. Yogurt has so much sugar in it, so I switched to plain Greek yogurt. I added honey to make it sweet. I didn&#039;t cut out honey because I knew it would be too hard to do the no sugar challenge. I&#039;m so happy you posted this, you are so real and I love that! You struggled with the same things I did when I did this. I started the no sugar thing again last week and I&#039;m doing really well. One of my favorite snacks if I&#039;m craving something is protein oatmeal balls. I use organic rolled oats and one of my favorite peanut butters is earth balance. It&#039;s vegan and sweetened with agave. This is one helpful tip that I did. And drink lots of water. It will keep you from craving sugar. I never have pop. My mom doesn&#039;t allow us to eat sugar or have pop. But occasionally we have ICECREAM

I also find myself craving carbonated drinks which is strange since I cut coke out of my diet over 3 years ago. I’m committed to this for the entire month. Needless to say I was a cranky person for a while (every blue moon I cheat) but I discovered Monk fruit in the raw for my teas, naturally sweetened candy bars, and other great healthy substitutes for my appetite. Overall, my skin cleared wonderfully, my hair is more shiny now than ever, and I feel healthier and energetic, less anxious. I&#039;ve never heard of sugar causing wrinkles but it makes sense, and I can say compared to other 25 year olds I still get questioned for being 17.
